Robobrew mash tips:
- Stirr mash at least twice.
- Sparge slowly, raise malt pipe slowly and add sparge water, then dip into wort to rinse grain better, avoid compacting grain bed.
-during mash, take temp from middle of grain bed rather than what probe on bottom reads.
- keep grain below 1 pound.
- make sparge smaller and mash thinner.
