Notes: Utilizing (the Barrel Mill) supplied Sakura Light sample and Skura Medium sample to wood age the beer for six weeks. This is approximately a 1/2 full spiral for a 5 gallon batch of beer. Not sure if it will be strong enough. They're advertised to be used for a 3 gallon batch, and I'm using two of them, so it should shine.
I'm also creating a home cherry blossom tincture where I'm soaking dried cherry blossoms in vodka for two weeks, and I will add 1-3 drops per can/bottle depending upon taste. |
