The beer is crystal clear, lovely golden colour, smooth, and the maple is apparent retronasally when drinking it, but only slightly on the nose, and only after warming up a bit. The head retention is also poor, but hopefully will be fixed with some carafoam in the second batch. Overall great beer, would probably increase the fenugreek addition a bit to try and coax more maple aroma out of it.
