With 15 minutes to go I turned the heat down and added the LME then turned the heat back on. Once it boiled I added the hop back back to wort. With 10 min to go added the final hop addition. Cooled wort to 66° and transferred to the fermenter and added yeast. OG 1.060 FG 1.012 6.3% ABV Very cloudy added ½ tsp Biofine 4/19 ½ tsp Biofine 4/20 1 tsp Biofine 4/21 Kegged beer on 4/23/24
