Notes: Mäskning: 3 liter vatten, 70 grader 45 minuter
-( --> 2 liter vätska blev kvar vid lakning innan vatten tillsattes)
Lakning 5 ggr därefter med 75 grader vatten till total volym 4.8 liter
Häll i DME (totalvolym ska bli 6 liter) och koka upp (Total volym blev 5,7)....När DME kokar är rolling boil på inställning 9
Tillsätt humle enligt tabell
Rehydrera jästen (1,5 dl vatten 35 grader varmt)
Efter kylning tilsätt vatten till total volym 10 liter
Mät OG. Sedan tilsätt jäst

- Kapsylerare
- Desinfektion + sputor + handskar
- Vörtkärl + flaskställ (med botten)
Prima
- 2dl vatten och 2/3dl socker till 10 liter vört (står fel på köksbryggeriet)
- 6 ml till 33 cl flaskor
- 9 ml till 50 cl flaskor
OBS! flaskor måste vara av standardhals (ej dem korta) |
