Notes: Add the hops and Irish moss as per the schedule. Add the first coffee and two chocolate varieties at the end of the boil. Allow the beer to cool to 68 ºF (20 ºC). Aerate aggressively transferring to primary. Hold at that temperature until fermentation is complete. Add the remaining coffee and condition for one week, then bottle or keg.
To improve mouthfeel, raising Mash to 158 from 155. Rounded up some fermentable quantities to simplify/add a little more fermentable sugars. |

Notes: Wanted to try a locally grown, hop that was older and not surrounded by hype. These were grown by Gorst Valley, and they've stated they're the easiest to grow in Wisconsin.
Turned out pretty nice. Very orange-y, in a similar vein as Firestone Walker Pale Ale (but not as good, obviously). |

Notes: Bring wort to boil. Add salt and coriander, then cut off.
Chill to 95 degrees and transfer to purged keg. Add Half carton of good belly mango. Let sit for three days.
Bring to boil to kill off bacteria. Pitch Trois. Add passionfruit, pineapple, mango, blood orange, and cherry purée into this one. We also add small amount of Hawaiian Punch powder for good measure
