depois ir subindo 1 grau a partir do 3º dia até chegar em 24ºC
Na RIS foram 36kg malte
( sendo que teve torrado adicionado só no final)

Ferment at 66-68 F. Once Gravity reaches 1.024, raise temperature to 72 to encourage fermentation to complete and clean up of off flavors. Add dry hops when gravity reaches 1.024 to avoid affects of oxidation.
Package after 5 days of dry hopping. If kegging, consider adding portion of dry hops to keg (Cascade and Centennial). |
