Notes: I had a bunch of leftover grains so tossed them into this stout. Fermented very fast, enjoying a taste now. Wonderful flavor! This might be a regular, perhaps a bit of honey malt next time. Most hoppy I have ever put in a brew. Added o2 after cooled down and co2 to 15 psi after fermentation done |

It came out great; had the structure, tiny bubbles, color, flavor up front but I realized that they add Brettonomyces to the secondary.
