This contributed more carmel/malt flavor and an increased SRM; all of which were not intended. Iteration 3 will most likely see a decrease in steeping grains and a supplement of simple syrup (sugar). Iteration 4 will most likely see me lowering the ABV by decreasing the amount of table sugar added.

First there is som sweetness from the munich malt then graininess /wheat flavour takes över. Some subtle pear esters in the aroma and earthy hop character. Not very bitter. Little more bitterness needed . Maybe a little less munich malt. Ended up at 6.2 % and 85 % attenuation !.
