Put 2.5 lb pureed rasperries. not strained, into boil at end with 15 minutes left.
Puree 5lb frozen fruit chunks, strain and heat at ~170 F for 5-10 min prior to adding to fermenter. This will denature the papain enzyme that can digest proteins and ruin head retention.
*Fruit is all raspberry.
Add first round dry hops at high krausen, next batch few days later for few days with raspberries and fruit.
Increase chloride levels in water with gypsum.
steep grains around 155? a little higher?

It is assuming a 5 gallon batch,
3 gallon - 60 minute boil, and adding the extract at the beginning.
If you can do a full boil you probably wouldn't need the extra 1oz.Citra at 60 minutes.

As far as First Wort Hop / Steeping hops.... I would add them with around 10 min left in steep (before rinse), and put them in a different bag than the grain. Then you can leave them in for the whole boil.

Notes: First go at this is very rough: Using a 1.8 lb can of Mr Beer Cerveza HME as the extract. Actual IBUs will be slightly higher, no way to account for extract being hopped, but should be just enough to tip scales over into lower American IPA range.
Cane Sugar represents 4L of Mountain Dew (which has 518g of sugar), mostly decarbonated. Inspired by forum.northernbrewer.com/viewtopic.php?t=50805, hopping adjusted to fit 1) my available hops on hand and 2) still producing an IPA appropriate IBU despite my smaller boil size and different hops used.
Base recipe was all grain, added 8 oz of 60L American Munich to get SRM without using an absurd amount of steeping grains.

Notes: This recipe is an adaptation from the Mad Fermentationist blog, Michael Tonsmeire, and used here for my first lager style beer using a bock strain of yeast. Here I'm using Special B because I couldn't find Simpsons Extra Dark Crystal 155L.
I seek to do two things: brew a large bock/lager beer on my first go and explore the depths of BBA flavor using bourbon soaked oak cubes with an extended contact time with the beer. My estimate is likely 3 - 6 months to impart the flavor I'm seeking.
