Notes: SMaSH mini IPA
Recipe is very simple, and a good starting recipe (swap out Voss if orange citrus isn't your thing) for all grain if you want a beer with a decent amount of bitterness backed with tonnes of fruit flavour from both the hops and yeast.
Ferment at 30-35ºC for 7 days.
After 3 days, add 15g of Mosaic.
The following day or the day after add 10g Mosaic.
If it is still fermenting after 7 days crank up the heat to 38ºC.
Cold crash and then bottle/keg. |

Far and away the best brew yet. Great head retention and body. When doing again, bring the ABV down. |

Consider using WLP 005 or Safale -04 instead of Safale -05
Control the fermentation temp and let the yeast work 2 weeks minimum.
Cold crash and use gelatin minimum of 2 days prior to keg
