Notes: Se lavó todo con lavandina en gel
Se maceró 5 kg de malta con 20 lt de agua a 75 ºC, comenzando 16:15, sin mechero
Se prendió el mechero a las 16:50 cuando la superficie del mash estaba a 65 ºC

16 lt, pero solo usamos 10. Añadimos el agua de lavado a 60ºC
Hervor
Densidad del primer mosto: 1058 (caliente)
Densidad pre hervor: 1054 (fria)
Solo salieron 13 lt en el primer mosto.
Se comienza el hervor a las 18:40 con 5 cm de olla libres.
Se comienza el hervor vigoroso a las 18:55.
Termina el hervor a las 19:45 con 10 cm de olla libres.
Enfriado
Se hidrató la levadura
O.G.: 1060
Se diluyó en fermentador final con 4 lts: Nueva O.G: 1047
Se fermentó por 5 días, luego se puso en frío y se añadieron 10 gr de Zeus y 10 gr de Cascade para el DryHop en el fermentador.
