| Notes: Very fruity and citrus forward. The BRU 1 hops were a great experience. However, when they say they contribute a fresh cut grass aroma and flavor, they aren’t kidding. It was very obvious to me. However, a lot of other people could not pick that out so maybe I’m more sensitive to it. This is the first time using chit malt and I don’t know if I’ll go back it. Not sure I’m a fan of what it brings to the table. Might have to play around with it more. |

| Notes: Do not dry hop with leaf hops (which introduce enzymes that start secondary fermentation) if bottling. This will also reduce risk of bottle explosions. Ferment at 18c for 4 days then increase to 20C until finished, approximately 10 days. Chill to 2c. Add gelatine, leave for further 2 days. Transfer to keg and force carbonate at 2.5 vol. Lager at 4c for 3-4 weeks. |
