| Notes: - OG 1049 as predicted. Put 8 gr of simpcoe in at 20 min boil so ended up with a bit of a strange hoping sched and 3 more ibus than I'd intended but should make little difference. this will be the hoppiest IPA ever an with a big Bitterness for balance. |

| Notes: Right off the bat, just from the pre-fermentation wort tasting, I'm going to say too much cumin. It's very noticable along with the bite from the chilies. Interested to see how the fermentation affects it. |

Notes: Innmesk skal skje på 55 grader, rør malten godt inn - gå så rett opp på 66 grader for mesking i 80 min. (gir godt utbytte)
NB. Vet du effektiviteten på bryggeriet ditt - juster ned basemaltmengdene så det passer ditt utstyr, alternativt får du en litt sterkere PUNK (som heller ikke ble helt feil)
Deretter låser vi sukkerprofilen med en 15 minutters utmesk på 76 grader -før vi skyller inn for å nå pre-boil volum. (ca 18L)

Jo mer tid du legger i å gjøre dette riktig, jo bedre blir det ferdige ølet.
Tilsett godt med o2 (rist dunken skikkelig, eller bruk en malingsblander på drill eller lignende (ny sådan)) - La den gjære i 14 dager på 18.5C. Ingen behov for diacetyl rest på utgjæring over 15C.
