Notes: Milo is an Australian household drink powder made from malted barley extract, milk solids and cocoa. It's 43.6% sugar (28.2% of which is lactose, so 12.3% of the whole thing is lactose).
Dump a 460g tin of Milo into a Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast recipe - a pretty over the top looking American Oatmeal Stout as it is - and let's see what happens.

The coffee is 50g ground coffee made in 0.5 litre of boiling water, allowed to cool, then added to the fermenter a few days before bottling. |
