Notes: Don't know why all the hops disappeared from the recipe, but I did put them in the recipe and in the beer. But since notes vanished, I'm recreating from memory:
1 oz Centennial 45 min boil
1 oz Centennial 15 min boil
2oz Azacca hop stand (5 min & leave in primary)
2 oz Mosaic hop stand (5min & leave in primary)
4 oz Azacca dry hop at high kreusen (36hour) and leave in primary
2 oz Mosaic dry hop in secondary (6 days)
Came waaaay short of OG: 1054, but SG dropped to 1010 at 6 days. |

Brett conditioned bottles were entered under 28A: Brett Beer in Melbourne Brewers Beerfest 2025 after 6 months aging and got 1st place Sour and Wild Ale
Bottles without Brett entered into VicBrew 2024 after about 6 weeks and only got an 80 (27 average)!
