NOTES:
- Day before brew day - Double crush grain, measure strike water
- 1 L starter (1318, 1 cup DME, 1-16oz bottle H2O)
- Day 0, Fermented in Spike Flex @ 66F
- Day 2, Dry hop round 1 added. Purge fermenter with CO2.
- Day 5, increase temp to 68F
- Day 6, increase temp to 72F
- Day 7, change airlock to solid bung, purge fermenter with CO2, then crash to 60F
- Day 8, lower temp to 50F
- Day 9, lower temp to 40F
- Day 10, lower temp to 30F
- Day 11, Transfer to keg

If bottling, add two sugar drops per bottle and fill using bottling wand from keg (to limit O2 expsure). Bottle condition 2 weeks to scrub any O2 from bottling. |

Notes: FINAL:
Stap 1: je watercompositie. Start met 42 liter water.
Water aanvullen met 3.3 gram gips (calciumsulfaat) en 7.5 gram calciumchloride. Ik heb 33% (w/w) oplossing, dus 22,5 gram nodig.
Doel: 220 ppm CL en 100 ppm SO4
Maischen: 30 liter op 70 graden, 7 kg mout = ±4.3 L/kg
Aanzuren met fosforzuur 75% tot pH ongeveer 5.2-5.4. voorzichtig! beetje bij beetje! DOE DIT OOK MET HET SPOELWATER.
Spoelen: 10 a 15 liter
Tips NEIPA:
chloride:sulfaat van 2:1, rond 150 en 75 mg/l.
1-maisch infusie op 64-67 zonder eiwitrust!
Haverbloem toevoegen in de whirpool?
Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, fruitig! amarillo, simcoe
mik op OG 1.060, zo/n 6% acohol?
Pale ale mout (bijv maris otter)
beetje chit malt voor head retention? 5%?
