Did you buy or collect you spruce tips? and if you collected them, would you mind uploading a pic?? I've been trying to do something similar with local cedars, but I can't seem to extract enough flavor when I brew them as tea to convince myself it'd be worth it in a mash. Any advice would be awesome!
