Mashing in at 68 °C for 90 minutes.
First way: leave the spices in the vodka for between 4 to 6 days, shaking daily, before adding to the fermenter through a sanitised filter (ideally with some filter paper in the strainer).
Second way: add during the boiling for 10 minutes.
Also you can add other spices as: vanilla, coriander, cardamom etc.
