Notes

Black peppercorns added at flameout. They should be slightly crushed with a rolling pin or back of a spoon prior to addition. Pepper should be added via a muslin bag or tea infuser.

Add honey to fermentor during high krausen. Dilute with a small amount of sterilized water if necessary.

Hops were cobbled together from leftovers.
