I'm a professional brewer for Apocalypse Ale Works, Forest Virginia. At home I brew on a home made 3 tier gravity fed system that I made one winter while I was bored. I brew a lot at home and enjoy a wide variety of styles and creations.
I like style specific beer and an occasional out of the box crazy idea. I'm most known for High gravity recipes.
