Increase temp set point by 3F each day until at 83F on day 7 Note get the first 3bbl batch to 62F and then pitch yeast. Knock out the 2nd 3 bbl batch at 68 to try to achieve starting temp for the full 6 bbl batch of 65F. Note: dry hop amounts are for full 6bbl double batch, but hot side hops are for each 3 bbl batch.
