| Notes: This is the BB Kit plus Red Caramel but I now think it's a bad idea to use that in place of the Honey malt. I also added Northern Brewer hops since my kit was missing 1 oz of Cascade (which I could replace). Unfortunately, it's very hard to accurately estimate IBUs since none of the kit hops had an IBU % anywhere. |
