15 л воды 57 гр.С - получилось 55 гр.С, то ли солод не успел намокнуть, пришлось добавить 4 л. холодной воды 15 гр.С. в результате опять промахнулся, температура упала до 50гр.С, планировал 52гр.С ))
на 50гр.С пауза длилась 20 минут (ух, накормлю дрожжи :D), дальше кипятком поднял до 57 гр.С, больше кипятка не хотел вливать ( и так 7 литров), и нагрел за 7 минут до 65гр.С, видимо от плиты температура выросла еще на пару градусов, ну вот 65-68 гр.С пауза была 40 мин, потом нагрел до 72гр.С и подержал еще 15 минут, на мешаут закинул жареный ячмень.
К слову сказать, до паузы 72гр.С йодная проба уже показала отсутствие крахмала.
