Notes: Non-Alcoholic Process Change
Mash in higher from 67C to 69C. To create more non-fermentable sugars that we hope will remain after alcohol removal.
Reduce hop IBU in the boil and move it to whirlpool and Dry hop.
Fermentation
Start at 21C and let rise to 23C. Hold for 3 days.
Transfer to Secondary. Cool to 10C and dry hop for 10 days.

Notes: Dough in Strike Temp 125 F Target Mash 123 F
Flame on at 1/4 Turn for the duration of the mash. At two hours the temp was 165 F. The rate of increase was 42 degrees in 120 minutes, an increase of one Degree per 3 minutes.
This batch was split into two fermentations. The Data entered was for the Opshaug fermentation.
The other fermentations was done with
Bells house strain captured from a bottle of Kalamazoo Stout. Data points for each fermentation are recorded in the comments.
