Fermentation is 10 days in primary then 10 days in secondary.
I will cold crash for 5 days and then add gelatin then rack to keg after another 3 days. |

Roste Muus (russet mouse) was the nickname of a waitress in a 19th century inn on the border of Belgian and Dutch Flanders. A more common American translation would probably be Ginger Beaver. |

Did a side-by-side with a can of Yuengling: Replace some of the 2-row with Munich for about 1 SRM more color. Add some bicarbonate - Yuengling had a distinct mineral-water flavor. Add some finish hops at about 10 minutes for a bit of hop aroma. Changes made 4/1/19. |
