Yakima Valley Hops - Perle
Description: "Is a well-rounded German variety that has steadily gained recognition since its release in 1978. It offers good bittering properties (5-9% Alpha Acids) that is paired with pleasant aromas of herbs and spices sought after in the German breeds. Perle has a similar oil profile to Hallertau Mittelfrüh with Humulene as the major contributor (sometimes over 50% of total oils). Perle's storage stability is excellent, which makes it highly sought after by professional brewers. "
