Notes
Roasted the oats at 300f on a cookie sheet for 1 hour, stirring/turning every 15 minutes. Took a pH of the mash and did not add the Five Star 5.2 buffer. Dry hopped after 3 days in primary. Yeast was very active 24 hours after pitching.
Used a thief to get a sample 9 days after pitching, fermentation appears stopped. Gravity measured 1.014. Tasted the sample and it has the potential to be the best thing I've ever brewed. Tastes something in the neighborhood of grapefruit juice. If you want that Juicy NEIPA flavor, this is it. Will update in a few weeks after it's kegged.
