I think this beer turned out really well. It comes off as sweet, but dried out very nicely. It won a Silver and gets an average of 35 points. The judges say that it needs more stone fruit flavors and has a banana ester. I can't taste the banana, but it come off on the nose initially. I don't find the ester to be out of place. The stone fruit might come through better using a syrup vs candy sugar.
