Lowering gypsum to create softer profile. Hoping this and lactose helps create a more drinkable and softer/sweeter NEIPA |

Notes
This recipe came out solid. Waited until beer passed force test which took 8-9 days then soft crashed for 1.5 days and dry hopped for 2 days. Cold crash for 2 days then kegged (sat for 4 days before put on line).
Next time will up the FWH to 15-20 ibus for a little more bittering. Will continue to use ascorbic acid in the mash along with AlDC enzyme at pitch and dry hop. Will look to add small amount of lactic when dry hopping to lower PH as well.
Hoping all these things being said will help me make a solid house NEIPA I can play around with different hops. Happy with it sitting at 6.5% abv as well.
