Notes

I previously made a Westvleteren 12 Clone. This new modified version includes Cara Pale, some dark candi sugar in addition to syrup and ferments with wyeast 3787, looks more prommising.

New test the 12 August: this version is a bit more hop-fruity and feels a bit less mature. Exiting to see what happens in six months, or so.
