Notes
Mash in liquor was 21 gallons, mash was super thick
Added 1-2 gallons when moving to Alpha rest
Added1-2 gallons when moving to mash out
Netted circa 26.5 gallons post boil at target gravity
Original recipe had 10 lbs of dextrose but I got a higher SG from the grains so trimmed it to 5 lbs with same SG targets.
Since I slimmed up on the dextrose, I took a lb of the maltodextrin out. This was primarily for body.
Added 7ml of ALDC during KO
All of the dry hops I used were cryo so I used 1/2 of the amount versus what is in the recipe here. Added 7m ALDC at dry hop.
Actual FG was 1.025 and the total yield was one HB. One expensive beer.

Recipe costs can be adjusted by changing the batch size. They won't be saved but will give you an idea of costs if your final yield was different.
