Battle Panda • 10/22/2025 at 08:18pm This beer has changed quite a bit in a short amount of time. Upon initial tapping, it had a mildly sweet front end that died off to a char finish. After 10 days, this beer has a nice balanced smoke flavor that lingers on the palate. In the future brewing, I will cut back the smoke malt to a pound and bump some of the other additions to bring in more complexity of flavor.
