Notes
Trying to dial in a Red IPA recipe. Was going to use Celebration recipe but got only enough C60 and aromatic malt for a 5 gallon batch. Subbing some other malts to get to a 15 SRM to hopefully get brilliantly red color.
Using Cryo Columbus to bitter and Simcoe and Centennial for flavor and aroma later additions. Dry hop with Simcoe and Centennial Cryo. Will dry hop after a soft crash following post fermentation and clear force diacetyl test. Stay on hop for 2 days then crash and clear.
