Notes

Brew day 08/05/22

4ml Lactic Acid, 4ml AMS, and 1 x campden tablet added night before
Zebrina Mash schedule
pre boil gravity 1.039 so added 150g brewing sugar/light DME
post boil gravity 1.046
approx 27 litres in fermenter added 1 x sachet of Lalland Verdant IPA yeast.
Fermented for 10 days, checked gravity and transferred to 1 x corny and 1 x 5 litre keg.
Beer was quite cloudy when transferring so hopefully will clear, added approx 20g of sugar to corny and 10g to mini keg.
FG 1.012 ABV 4.5%
