I brew all-grain on a gravity keggle system, typically 10 gallon batches unless it is more of a specialty beer. Been at it about 2 years and really have the bug bad, I love projects, diy stuff and tinkering around in my garage which has become more and more beer-centric.

I do mostly NW style ales, but have made some solid summer lagers as well and am getting into Saisons a little bit. I keg primarily, have 3 taps and may add a 4th, but may have to bottle some as volume increases.
