This beer is a beast. I loved the nose on it while transferring, but it has really diminished after cooled/carbonated in the keg. Those liking a lot of tropical fruit flavor will enjoy, it is a little unbalanced for my taste (toward the hop side). Will brew again and lessen the IBUs and the Amarillo hop addition
