Notes: 콜쉬 스타일 에일
1. 전통적인 콜쉬라고 하기 보다는 콜시를 베이스로 미국 클래식 홉들을 사용하여 쓴맛과 과일느낌을 추가, 마치 맑은 아메리칸 페일에일 느낌을 의도함
-기분 좋은 쌉쌉름한 쓴맛에 꽃향, 꿀향, 과일향이 섞여 심심하지 않고 가볍지만 농익든듯한 미디업 바디에 깔끔한 피니쉬
2. 야관문:
월풀에 잠깐 담그거나, 별도 용기에 20리터 정도에 뜨거운 물로 따로 추출하여 끓일때 넣는방법도 좋을듯합니다.
추후 상의를 통해 야관문의 원재료 형태나 사용량 추출 방법 및 기타사항을은 따로 미팅에서 결정하면 좋을 듯 합니다.
3. 청징제
카라기난을 최소한 사용. 서울홈브루 구입 카라기난 기준 500L기준 최소 10- 최대15g 이내로 추천. 청징제를 많이 사용하면 맥주는 맑아지나 맥아나 전체적인 맥주의 풍미와 아로마가 감소 할 수 있음
