Not sure how to enter in all the juices that I chucked in the fermentor into the recipe so check the photo for what juice I used. WLP644 - I wanted to use it up, not sure how it will go but hopefully some nice tropical flavours Nelson Hops - I thought that the "white wine" flavours might go well with a cider Bourbon Oak Cubes - I've heard good things about "barrel aged" ciders It will probably end up quite dry so I'll probably back sweeten with something. I'll see.
