This is what I was going for with the kveik pilsners but didn't work with kveik yeast. A light lawnmower beer with a clean profile. The US-05 yeast made this really nice. It might be pretty boring for some but it was just what I was trying to brew. It could be improved with a partial mash of Vienna malt to bring up the maltiness.
