Notes

Neck pumpkin will be cut and roasted in the oven for the minimum of 1 hour at 375 degrees and seasoned with brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pumpkin will be placed in a muslin bag at the beginning of the boil. Butternut squash also seasoned and roasted to be added for last 15 minutes of boil. Added 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice to keg before transfer of beer on top.
