| Notes: Soaked white oak pieces in bourbon for over 2 months. Added last 7 days in secondary. Added good but not to strong flavor of oak and bourbon. Added maple syrup in secondary and wort began fermenting again, no real maple flavor I think because the yeast devoted it. |
