| Notes: Highly modified version of the "Silver Dollar Porter" recipe from Papazian's Joy of Homebrewing. The ratio of chocolate to black malt is increased to favor the softer chocolate flavors instead of sharp coffee flavors. The hopping profile preserves the use of Cascade, but is more assertive and paired with Kent Goldings, another floral aroma hop. |
