| Notes: A single hop IPA that I’ve brewed twice before and it comes out quite tasty. 60 min hops are dialed back a tad. I use bags for all hop additions. I dry hop in the kegs and push to serving kegs. If you mash on the low side expect an FG of around 1.011. |
