Notes: MODIFYING TO RIVERBEND MALT AND HOPS I LIKE ON HAND. Hops are aged so giving utilization of 89%. At 100% the IBU would be close to 20IBU so this should be fine, and hopefully not too low. 34/70 has higher attenuation so don't mash over 60 minutes, or mash mash at higher temp like 154 and go for 75 - 90 minutes.
