Notes

Made a 1 gallon+ starter on 2 gallon jugs of approx 1.25OG wort and a sprinkle in each of new dry Diamond yeast, saving the rest of the pack. I will decant and pitch with somewhat minimal beer.

Changed carapils to Great Chit and adjusted ounces down to whole ounces, and the pounds of Avalon up to an even .2 pounds.

MODIFYING TO RIVERBEND MALT AND HOPS I LIKE ON HAND. Hops are aged so giving utilization of 89%. At 100% the IBU would be close to 20IBU so this should be fine, and hopefully not too low. 34/70 has higher attenuation so don't mash over 60 minutes, or mash mash at higher temp like 154 and go for 75 - 90 minutes.
