| Notes: Not bad .. easy drinking blonde. Lemon drop hops are not very potent and do not come thru. Would need to dry hop with them as well to develop any aroma or added flavor. Using all chloride worked well. |

Mash at 153F for 60 min
Add 0 min boil hops and let stand for 45 minutes.
Drop the temp Pitch and Ferment at 67F for 7 days. First dry hop gets added when fermentation begins to slow.
Cold Crash to 37F for 2 days, transfer to secondary and bring back to room temp and dry hop for 3 days, shaking hops into solution every 12 hours or so. Condition and serve at 44F and 9psi.
