Maceración único escalón beta y alfa 65º 70m, inactivación 77º 10m.
Agua total 12,79 L; Pérdida teórica: 1,84 L grano + 2,12 L hervor (20%) + 0,33 L torbellino = 8,5 L a fermentar.
