3. Drop pH to 4.5
-use lactic acid or lime juice(or lemon)
4. Chill to about 30'c and add lacto

Notes: This beer turned out very very dark, and very enjoyable. The hops was not too tropically as it was a very malt forward beer. Tasted fantastic to me. I did lager a large portion of it for a while which mellowed it out and in my view was not as good. |
