Ferment at 53 °F until signs of fermentation slow. Slowly raise temperature to 59 °F and hold for one week. Add the dry hops. Remove hops after three days and lager near freezing (~36 °F) for three weeks, cooling slowly if possible (don’t cold crash). |

At the end of the mash i rise the wort temp at 77*C and let the grain in the mashtun another 15 min. After i wash the bag of grains with 5L of boiling water. Thats my way of doing it.
